Group Classes
Group classes are a wonderful, and more affordable, way to be introduced to the Alexander Technique, or to expand or refresh your skills.
Class sizes are limited and there are reduced rates for pre-registration.

Lesson Packages & Shared Lessons
Discounted lessons are available when you purchase a series of lessons. Packages come in three, ten and thirty lessons, with increasing savings for you!
You can also share a one-hour lessons with a friend.
